The events that led to the defeat of the Former President John Dramani Mahama is gradually repeating themselves in the current Nana Addo administration and should the Vice President, Dr. Bawumia be allowed to stand as Presidential candidate, there will be a low chance of the NPP to break the eight. This is because it can be recalled that it got to a time when some Joy News journalists composed condescending songs that made Mahama's government become more unpopular.
Today, the host of the Ade Akye Abia show on Okay FM, Kwame Nkrumah Tikesie, and his co-host, also did a song for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and if this should go on, Dr. Bawumia's chances of been a President could be reduced. Kwame Nkrumah Tikesie began by announcing that he has heard that some people are planning to go and see legendary Ghanaian highlife musician, Amakye Dede. And the main reason why they are going to see Amakye Dede is for him to compose a song for Bawumia.
Kwame Nkrumah Tikesie gave a short overview of the song and the song called out at Bawumia for still blaming COVID as the cause of Ghana's economic problems despite the fact that many countries were also hit by COVID has progressed. Also, Kwame Nkrumah Tikesie teased Dr. Bawumia for the inability of the government to reach the targetted amount from the e-levy.
