Efo Worlanyo Tsekpo stated that he think that NDC should accept former first lady, Nana Kunedu Agyemang Rawlings back into the party because this is not the first time NDC has accepted someone back into the party and sited an example to party leadership. According to him, this is a good call which the NDC leadership must listen to.
"Personally I think we should listen to Zenator. Though we didn't sack Mrs Rawlings from NDC but actions speaks louder than words. It's clear she want to come back to her root.
This message of reaching out to her came from Martin Amidu who also lost his way along the line and our hardworking Mp Zenator exactly a year after the death of our founder.
I don't think this is a coincidence but a well thought through move which should be given a thought by our leadership. Thank God it is on record the NDC leadership did not show any sign of hatred to her despite all what happened which caused the party a lot.
A lot has happened in the past but looking at the waves blowing she want to come back to the party she struggled through with her husband till she fell off.
This call is coming from her daughter who has stepped in the shoes of our founder despite the fact that the driver of the Youtong bus is still John Dramani Mahama.
Personally, I agree with Zenator's call for us extend a hand of special friendship that will reach her. We extended a hand of friendship to Obed Asamoah and today his main man Bede Zedeng won a seat for us.
Remember the story of the prodigal son, he was received by his FATHER.
Let's do it for Chairman Rawlings. My take" Efo Worlanyo Tsekpo stated on his social media after Zanetor Rawlings made the humble appeal NDC. Efo Worlanyo Tsekpo has been known for his major influence in the NDC party and how he helped NDC party to win back 5 parliamentary seats in the Bono Region in the last election.
