The Strong three Competitors fighting for the 2024 Flagbearship position in the NPP

The New Patriotic Party is heading towards days of fire as the flagbearer for 2024 elections stands as a wonder. Some gurus in the party have popped up as suitable candidate. Above are the strong three.

Frederick Worsemao Armah Blay, popularly called Freddie Blay, a lawyer, is a Ghanaian politician and a member of the Second, Third and Fourth Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Ellembelle Constituency in the Western Region of Ghana and currently the National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Mahamudu Bawumia  is a Ghanaian economist and banker and the current Vice President of Ghana who assumed office on 7 January 2017

Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen (popularly called Alan Cash) is a Ghanaian politician, corporate executive, diplomat and an international public servant specialising in global trade issues. Kyerematen was Ambassador to the United States and later Minister of Trade, Industry, Private Sector Development (PSD) and the Presidential Special Initiatives (PSI), under the President Kufuor-led NPP government. Kyerematen served as a trade advisor at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia where he coordinated the African Trade Policy Centre (ATPC).

These noble men are noted to the doyens in the NPP.

Each of has carries some level of influence in almost every agenda of the party.

The exit of Nana Addo from the Flagbearship zone will truly cause a canker in NPP.
