Japanese Prime Minister Calls for UN Reform to Fight Russian Aggression

Fumio Kishida expressed his disappointment that the UN Security Council did not react to Russia's invasion of Ukraine because of the aggressor's veto power.
According to him, Russia's invasion of Ukraine violates the philosophy and principles of the UN Charter, as well as the idea that all countries should respect the rule of law.
“We have to face the truth: the integrity of the United Nations is under threat due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, which is a member of the UN Security Council,” Kishida said.
According to him, reforms have been discussed for almost 30 years.
"We need action towards reforms, not just talk," he stressed.
Per the speech of the Japanese Prime Minister is the UN decide to prepare war against the Russian Federation and their Leader Putin who has been described as by the Western dictatorship?
