Ghanaians are suffering, nothing is working in the country, and prices are very high and there has been high cost of living for some months now. Yet the leader, President Akufo Addo was using expensive private jets to travel into other countries. But now things seems to have changed because he will be using the Presidential Jet to travel today.
The leader of the land has been criticised for his continuous travels despite the problems Ghanaians are encountering and this can said to have changed the way the President, Akufo Addo travels out of the country.
Several Ghanaians, especially the opposition party members, the NDC and other people have heavily criticised the incumbent President, Excellency Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo for renting expensive private jets to travel to Europe, America and other places in the world whiles the country has a jet that is supposed to be used by the President.
President Akufo Addo will travel out of Ghana today which is the 26th of June, 2022 and surprisingly he will travel with the Presidential jet. The President will fly to Lisbon, Portugal today for the 2022 UN Ocean Conference.
This was revealed by the Presidency in a statement signed by Me. Eugene Arhin the Director of Communications.
This is for a fact a great news, Ghanaians will no longer talk about the news that, the President spends a lot of money on his trips. And some money will definitely be saved since he won't be spending a lot this time on his trip.
This is happening because of the continuous criticisms and the fact that there is hardship in the country.
