Today, Thursday, July 29, 2021 will be interesting as two big wigs representing Ghana’s biggest parties will banter. As always on Metro TV’s ‘Good Morning Ghana’, it was expected that Sammy Gyamfi will come up against Kweku Baako, a pro NPP communicator and news editor. The two have consistently been paired on Thursdays on Dr. Randy Abbey’s show for a while now. However, things will change today.
Today, Kweku Baako is set to miss the show and will be replaced by another communicator. Buaben Asamoa, a former MP for Adenta will thus have to battle it out with Sammy Gyamfi. The show though meant to make panelists make constructive contributions has become a battle between the 2 biggest parties.
It will be interesting to see how Buaben Asamoa comes up against Sammy Gyamfi. Already many NDC supporters had argued that Kweku Baako is no match for Sammy and with Buaben coming today, social media commentators have expressed massive reactions. According to many who shared their thoughts on the Good Morning Ghana Facebook page, Buaben Asamoa is no match against Sammy. They argued that the pairing is wrong and needs to be changed.
Check out some of the reactions.
The show comes off today from 7:30-10:00am
