Go To Court If You Have A Problem With Marfo, Gabby And Data Bank Relationship With AGYAPA-Yaw Baah

Member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and former Member of Parliament of the Kumawu Constituency in the Ashanti Region of Ghana in the 4th and 5th Parliament of the 4th Republic of Ghana, Hon. Yaw Baah in a interview on United Television (UTV) critical issue today, September 5, 2020 has a word of caution to people who have problem with the Senior Minister, Hon. Osafo Marfo and lawyer Gabby Otchere's involvement in the Agyapa deal.

The nation is currently divided over a deal involving one company with the name "Agyapa Royalties" who is to manage the revenue of Ghana's mineral resources for about 15 years.

The Agyapa Royalties is been managed by the son of the Senior Minister, Hon. Osafo Marfo and his son. The transaction advisor of this deal is law firm of lawyer Gabby Otchere Darko and the transaction bank is Data bank which belongs to the Finance Minister, Hon. Ken Ofori Atta.

Majority of Ghanaians especially the National Democratic Congress (NDC) frantenity has aired the worry over why the deal is involving friends and family of the President of Ghana, H.E Nana Addo.

A lot of people have called for the cancelation the alleged deal between the Agyapa Royalties and the nation since they believed this deal will cause the nation a lot of loss.

Hon. Yaw Baah in his interview has called on all the people who have a problem with the senior Minister, Hon. Osafo Marfo, lawyer Gabby Otchere and Hon. Ken Ofori's Data Bank involvement in the said deal should go to court.

Hon. Yaw Baah said the only way they can stop this deal is to take them to court since they have problem with the people involved in the deal.

Hon. Yaw Baah believes the deal of Agyapa Royalties to manage the revenue of Ghana's mineral resources is the best and the best thing to ever happen to the country.
