President Akufo Addo Addresses Trade Union Congress

The Trade Union Congress of Ghana had invited the President of the Republic H.E Nana Addo Danquah Akufo to grace their inauguration ceremony of their renovated edifice.

As indicated earlier, the Trade Union Congress invited the President as the special guest honour to Grace their inauguration of a renovated edifice by the Government which costed about 12,000,700Cedis.

The President in addressing the audience stated how he has always improvised the relationship with the Trade Union Congress (TUC). The President aslo talked about how he has addressed pension issues.He aslo called on all political activists and all stake holders of peace to preach peace as the 2020 polls approach.

Nana Akufo Addo also stated his commitment to ensuring that peace prevails after and before the elections and gave an example of his conduct in all previous elections and he being a Flagbearer and loosing 2008 and 2012 Elections.

Director of TUC, Mr Yaw Baah also expressed gratitude to the President on behalf of the Union for addressing the pension issues raised by the Union.He also thanked the President for honouring their invitation.
