The Economic Intelligence Unit (EIU) has made projections that the National Democratic Congress, NDC victory in 2024 elections will largely depend on a new face as a flagbearer.
According to their report the National Democratic Congress will not win the next general presidential elections should they maintain former President John Dramani Mahama as the party's candidate.
And in the wake of this report NDC's communications director Isaiah Kwarteng says the research was only meant to favor the ruling New Patriotic Party.
Lamenting his story, Mr. Kwarteng revealed that the NPP were the financers for the project, and he is not surprised for such an outcome.
He further stated that former president Mahama is the ideal candidate to bring the NDC back in power and all party faithfuls must rally behind him.
