'Ashawo' Is No More An Insult; Nana Aba Barks At "NPP Attack Dogs" After Criticising Govt On

When we are talking of the vibrant, intelligence, well-experienced and beautiful media personalities, then the name of Nana Aba Anamoah is mentioned. Nana has been very active in voicing out her opinions in Nation Building such that she plays her role very well in the role of the media as the fourth realm of government. With respect to the recent government budget, several issues have been raised by economists and well-knowledgeable people on the merits and demerits of the budget. A major issue raised from the budget was in regard to government introducing new taxes to pay for the "free water". This made the famous broadcast journalist and general manager of Ghone tv, Nana Aba add her voice to the pressing issue.

According to Nana Aba Anamoah, if you have the opportunity to do something, do it to improve the living standards of the citizens or else the reality on the ground will expose you. According to her, although she knows the "NPP and NDC attack dogs" will always attack her for adding her voice to National interest, she believes that the leaders themselves do not expect citizens to just keep quiet on national issues but to add their voices to it. Even in the President's own words," you must be citizens and not spectators ".

Immediately after her comment on twitter, some individuals attacked her and tagged her "ashawo". However, Nana Aba seems not to be bothered very much because she thinks it's not everyone who will wish to side with you if your opinions contradicts their views. What do you think about this? Do leave your comments, share this article and likewise join me on social media as we dissect into pressing issues that will help bring about nation building. Remember that you should be citizens and not spectators.
