The famous lawyer in the 2020 election petition for President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, lawyer Akoto Ampaw has received backlash from Ghanaians after attacking the LGBTQ bill sent to parliament by Hon Samuel Nartey George, MP for Ningo Prampram constituency.
Ghanaians are saying that they're disappointed in him for attacking the LGBTQ bill because the bill isn't about human right but culture and tradition protection to their understandings.
Some people told the famous lawyer when Atinka Fm revealed the news to the public that "If someone should have grab your son and destroy his back, you won't say it's human right. Really disappointed in you. Black man must think".
Some people used unpleasant words to jabbed lawyer Akoto Ampaw by saying that "Devil 👿 creatures living with human beings. Why did you marry your wife. May heaven forgive you guys".
Other people questioned him by saying that "What do you know about democracy? Even Texas of the USA icon of democracy has passed an anti-abortion law. This is an example of Africans who passed through education without education passing through them".
"Those insane lawyers and professors should be ashamed of themselves. They are a disgrace to Africa" another Ghanaian angrily stated.
However, some people said that lawyer Akoto Ampaw should know that what he is challenging is not human right for it is protection of our cultural values.
"Polygamy is illegal in the western world. Why is it treated as human right issue?" Some people asked the respected lawyer.
