Lawyer Godwin Edudzi Tameklo speaking on Metro TV good morning Ghana show today, Tuesday, 28th September, 2021 said that he disagree with the committee's findings as they said that Kaka Mohammed died due to family feud.
Lawyer Godwin Edudzi Tameklo said the report from Ejura Committee of Enquiry did not capture the whole show as presented into the media about Kaka Mohammed. He said everybody knows that Kaka Mohammed was pushing fix the country Communication but Ejura Committee of Enquiry stated that he died as a result of family feud which he thought it could be a deep error committed by the committee.
Lawyer Godwin Edudzi Tameklo noted that there were video evidence which claimed that Kaka Mohammed was talking about development of Ejura community on social media and police warned him to stop so why should they said he died as result of family feud?
He said the committee should understand that people who do activism on social media face a lot of threat from people and need protection but the police failed to protect him.
He was not happy about how the committee left out some officials who lied before the committee on live video when Ejura Committee of Enquiry is probing them. Especially the soldier who led the military to Ejura to fire gun.
According to him, the committee has contradicted themselves on the report and he would say that they have "fell into deep error".
