
The Electoral Commission of Ghana and the National Democratic Congress NDC tango over the compilation of the New Voter's register shall come to a halt this morning as Supreme Court is set to rule on the Case.

In the last sitting, the Electoral Commission of Ghana was asked to go back and bring their legal basis of ignoring the old voter's register card as legit in compiling a new voter's register.
Heavy Security presence is witnessed at the Court premises with Armour cars and lawyers been flanked by armed police men.

The ruling this morning could be a basis for the compilation of a New voter's register set to start by the end of this month June.
Social media has been discussing why a justice oriented and friendly facility like the court be turned into a heavy security presence as if the court is a war zone.
The National Democratic Congress NDC has resisted the move by the Electoral Commission to compile a New Voter's register.
