The Member of Parliament for the Asawaase constituency, Honorable Mohammed Muntaka Mubarak, has finally revealed that amongst the Members of Parliament be it from the Majority Caucus or the Minority caucus, Right Honorable Speaker, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, finds him(Muntaka) as his biggest confidant. He explained that the Speaker trusts him so much that he shares all his thoughts with him.
"I am one of his biggest confidants in Parliament. In fact, I am not one of his biggest confidants but I am the only biggest confidant of the Speaker", he explained to Evans Mensah on Joy News.
Muntaka Mubarak further explained that the main reason why he clashed with the Speaker was that the SPeaker was trying to gag him or silence him from erring his view. AnD Per his submission, he was not willing to allow Speaker Bagbin to destroy a practice that he, Muntaka, came to meet.
