After the list of deputy ministers had come out earlier today, the youth of Ashaiman writes to ask the President why they have been neglected.
Ashaiman, a constituency with eligible voters population of over 167,000.
With the just ended 2020 general elections, through the able leadership of Alhaji Labaran Yakubu Barry Ashaiman pulled over 41,000 presidential votes to Mr president adding to his win for the second term!!!
A figure which is bigger than that of Tema Central, Tema East and West, Damango constituency, Walewale, Yagaba Kubori, Yunyoo constituency etc. Yet people from this constituencies continue to get appointments at the expense of Ashaiman!!
Now the question is why have this "election Bank" been neglected for years???
If they don't regard Ashaiman and don't need our votes or support they should let us know.
Ashaiman deserves better Mr president.
We are petitioning you to appoint people from Ashaiman to occupy several positions in your government to propel our development because we are lagging behind as a constituency!
