Ghanaian popular actress Yvonne Nelson who mounted a "dumsor" vigil in times of former President John Dramani Mahama on power fluctuation has expressed her disappointment and how restless she is about the current power problem in the country in a Twitter post at the dawn of Sunday, April 4, 2021.
Yvonne Nelson who is known for her bold political utterances has confessed in November 2020 that her "dumsor" vigil against power fluctuation ("dumsor") in the country in 2015 has solved the problem.
She further indicated that the action she took in 2015 was in the benefit of the people of Ghana to light when reacting to social media comments from a fan tagging her as one of the people who are making Ghanaian suffering under President Akufo-addo.
On April 4, Yvonne Nelson angrily expressed how "dumsor" has disrupted her good sleep. According to a post on Twitter Yvonne is believed to be in the middle of her sleep where power might have gone off which might probably render her out of her air conditioning air or fan air.
In the post, madam Yvonne stated the time that she woke and it seems the actress has gone through a lot during the night. "Dumsor woke me up! Sigh** 1:36 AM". She stated.
This post on Twitter has gained a lot of reactions from Ghanaians which are both negative and positive reactions. Some people are still blaming her for campaigning against John Dramani Mahama on this same power issue hence bringing this mess upon Ghanaians. Others also seem to be in solidarity with her. Check Out some reactions of people after the post.
