Recently, there was some misunderstanding between the youth and NDC executives of the Salaga South Constituency in the Savannah Region of Ghana. This led to a form of pandemonium in the area. Some irate youth went to the party office where a meeting was said to be held to disturb the proceedings, vandalize party properties among others. The leader of the group who went to the party's office made some serious allegations against a number of party executives in the constituency.
According to the leader of the group, he made allegations that some of the party executives campaigned against the current Member of Parliament for the Salaga South Constituency, Hon. Hajia Zuweira Ibrahimah in the build-up to the 2020 general elections. These were the same people who were holding a meeting in the MP's absence. This is what called for the move by the youth to go to the place when they heard about the meeting.

The affected NDC executives in the Salaga South Constituency are as follows:

A letter signed by the Salisu Beawurbi, the party's regional secretary, stated that the above persons has been suspended and their deputies should take over the duties while the said persons are away. The letter adds that the above persons should make themselves available to the party's Disciplinary Committee for questioning on the levelled allegations.
