Tamale Central MP Inusah Fuseini has said despite the fact that he didn't confirm a case drew out into the open by a gathering of individuals concerning a charge that a Ghanaian government official had been captured by UK experts in Britain for endeavouring to carry £26 million into that nation, he believed he had cause to give the case some believably.
This follows a refusal by Information Minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah that anything of the sort occurred.
"Let me tell my sibling and associate Kojo Oppong Nkrumah that I'm not a purveyor of phoney news and I won't put something on air on the off chance that I don't have sensible confidence in that", Mr Fuseini disclosed to Kofi Oppong Asamoah on Class91.3FM's 12Live news on Monday, 12 October 2020.
As per him, "A week ago, a gathering of individuals met me and gave me data concerning what was going on inside this legislature, chronicled a few realities; some of them, I could undoubtedly learn."
"The 26 million pounds [story], I was unable to find out however the way that they had given me examples of issues that obviously are troubling, I gave what they revealed to me some degree of credibility, that was the reason I addressed it.
"Presently, if Kojo Oppong Nkrumah is stating that that isn't correct and that has not occurred, we can just hold on to see.
