The Government of Ghana promised to installed Wi-Fi in all the Senior High Schools in the country. And the government has been able to installed the Wi-Fi in all the Senior High schools in the country. Even one of the ministers in Ghana came out to informed the general public some days back that the government has installed 90% Wi-Fi in all the Senior High Schools in the country.
It is good that the government has installed Wi-Fi in all the Senior High Schools in the country. But the GES Boss has come out to informed the general public how things are going in terms of the Wi-Fi installation in the Senior High Schools.
According to the Director-General of Ghana Education Service, Professor Kwasi-Opoku Amankwa, the the Nana Addo government has installed free Wi-Fi in all the senior high schools but they are not working properly in some schools and also the management of Ghana Education Service has to train staff on how they can use it.
The Director-General also stated that, I.T experts are working tirelessly to resolve the technical challenges confronting the Wi-Fi network in the affected schools.
The Director-General comment comes after his outfit this year planned for the 4th batch of the Free SHS beneficiaries to print their school's prospectus online before reporting to school on March 10, 2021. Please share, like and comment on this article.
