Ghanaians has come out in a massive number to give their reactions as the nation’s president, Akuffo-Addo swore into office 31 members of the 8th council of state. However after the president made this announcement via his official Facebook page today afternoon, there has been countless numbers of mixed reactions from Ghanaians.

The event which was attended by a lot of notable dignitaries has been criticized with a two sided reactions i.e negative and positive reactions. According to the reactions of some Ghanaians, they made it clear that they have not seen much work from the appointed members of the council of state.

While making this known via his official Facebook page, President Nana Akuffo-Addo said that, “On Tuesday, 23rd February 2021, I swore into office thirty-one (31) members of the 8th Council of State of the 4th Republic, at a ceremony at Jubilee House, the seat of the nation's presidency”.

”In my remarks, I indicated that I look forward very much to working with a Council that will continue to offer me honest advice, based on unvarnished truth. I look forward to working with a Council that will help deepen our democracy, and help enhance the quality of our governance, and I look forward to working with a Council that will help us deliver a prosperous Ghana”, he added.
