Listen To Me; Some Amount Of Hear-say Is Necessary For The Fight Against Galamsey - Inusah Fuseini

President Akufo Addo in a dialogue with the Small Scale miners has made a statement that he will punish those culpable but he will not act on here-say on persons involved in Galamsey.

The former Minister of Land and Natural Resources, Inusah Fuseini has revealed to President Akufo Addo that some amount of here-say is necessary for the fight against Galamsey in Ghana.

Inusah Fuseini made this statement on 'THE BIG ISSUE' on CITI TV when he was giving his submission on the president's revived to fight against Galamsey.

According to him, he doesn't agree with president Akufo Addo when he said that he will punish those found culpable, but he will not act on here-say on the person alleged to be involved in Galamsey.

"Mr. President if you are listening to this program; some amount of here-say is necessary for the fight against Galamsey because you Will not get to the persons who are directly involved." - stated

He added that there will be a rumor, and those rumors could be so loud to ignore and so he will need to call for his investigative body to investigate it on the quiet if he is determined to punish people involved in Galamsey.
