Cracks In NDC Deepens As Yamin's Boy Respond To Pablo's Law Suit

There is a seeming tension between the former deputy Ashanti Regional minister Hon. Joseph Yamin and some individuals in the NDC. One of them is the national youth organiser Mr. George Opare Addo. The latter has sued Mr. Yamin who is vying for national youth organiser position for defamation. But supporters of Yamin believe the action of Pablo is to cause disunity in the NDC.

In an open letter to George Opare Addo and his colleagues, a supporter of Yamin asked Pablo to chanel his energy into suing the NPP government and seek justice for ordinary Ghanaians who face injustices from the Nana Addo Government.

Akugri Gadafi Avokbil mentioned the election petition verdict which has been disputed, the killing of 8 during election 2020 and MP for Assin North among other prominent cases.

Below is the letter sighted by CitizenOne.

"I bring you greetings from Umuofia. We were more than the word happy until our greatest enemy, covid-19 arrived on the rostrum. Life has not been easy ever since the Chinese gave birth to this deadly virus, coupled with the economic hardship that we are currently facing and the deliberate attempt by government to introduce the catastrophic E-levy like a creeping plant does. The economic hardship is gradually eating into every aspect of our lives. We Ghanaians, more especially the youth and for that matter unemployed youth are keeping our fingers crossed, hoping and praying that our members of Parliament will continue to resist the passage of this killer E-levy bill so that we can have a breathing space.

Having given you an overview of what Ghanaians are talking about today, let me zero down to the main issues.

Hon. Joseph Yammin, the incoming national organizer of the NDC is on a mission to rescue this country by helping the NDC and John Dramani Mahama to regain power in 2024 and that has always been his focus.

Let me categorically state that, no amount of detraction can stop this mission, either through empty law suits or threats.

Now to those whose focused is not to support bring the party back to power but pursuing an antagonistic mission just to satisfy their personal ego and not the general good of the party. And those who have suddenly developed trust for the judiciary that they told the masses never to trust.

My simple advice to these individuals is that, if they have confidence in the judiciary as their current actions seeks to suggest, they should help the party pursue the following cases and seek justice for the party;

1. They should help us review the 2020 petition at the supreme court because the party disagreed with the ruling but never asked for a review because we never believe we could get justice. The party has stated on several occasions that it will not go back to the supreme court in 2024 but will rather win the elections at the polling stations.

2. They should also help us seek justice for the eight (8) innocent souls that were murdered during the 2020 elections.

3. In addition, they should also help Oliver Barker Vormawor to be released from the almost 4 weeks unlawful detention and remand.

4. They should again help our Assin north mp to defend his case in order not for the Hon. member of parliament and the party loose that seat and stop this internal witch hunting just to please their pay masters."
