Politics in Ghana over the decades has been about two major political parties in the country namely the National Democratic Congress NDC, and the New Patriotic Party, NPP. Social Media Commentator, Bernard Allotey Jacobs has narrated his regret over some comments he made some years back about the former president, John Agyekum Kufuor when he was the spokes person for the NDC. According to him most all the things he said about John Agyekum Kufuor were lies, and it was just to score political points and make him unpopular at the time. He stated that these things are part of politics as both parties understands the game.
This is what he stated on Peace FM with Kwame Sefa kayi " It's a fact and I want to meet him personally to apologize to him. In my political journey, I Destroyed an Innocent Man and I apologize for it. Some of the false allegations he leveled against Kufuor was he being Tribalistic and trying to move the Capital city of Ghana from Accra to Kumasi.
Another allegation he made on President Kufuor was that, he had planned to relocate the sea in Accra to Kumasi. He stated that, he deeply regrets his actions and the lies he leveled against John Agyekum Kufuor. At the moment Allotey Jacobs has been dismissed from the NDC party.
