Nana Addo’s visits to some places in the country and to some parts of our regions have already commenced and from what we are seeing, the progress of the visit is encouraging as Nana Addo is being seen welcomed by all. After a visit to a part of the western region, Nana Addo was hailed as well as well spoken to by officials who graced the occasion.
Currently, the country needs new projects that will give jobs to the people and it seems Nana Addo has taken this into consideration. The daily projects that we see Nana Addo commissioning are projects that we believe were initaiated as a result of the cries of the youth or Ghanaians.
At Sewhi Akontombra in the Western-North today, Nana Addo commissioned a $6.7 million Sefwi Akontombra rice processing factory. Ghana has a land that is viable for the cultivating or growth of these foods unlike other countries who have been seen struggling with the texture and fertility of their soil. During the commissioning of the factory, the people of Sefwi couldn’t thank Nana enough as they eulogized him for the hard work and leadership qualities he is currently portraying.
The Chief of Sewhi Akontombra III during the ceremony made some very bold and powerful comments after Nana Addo added his voice to the decision to make jobs available for the people. The Chief said, our youth have been branded or referred to as lazy and sometimes visionless but we can’t accept that notion about them, and this is why I urge everyone especially the youth to make good use of this opportunity granted us by government.
Nana Addo further promised them as he revealed that there are current projects being designed for the people of western region to boost not only the financial and economic state of the individual communities but the country in general.
