The debate amongst Ghanaians about LGBTQ bill is still rising as former special aid to MCE at Wenchi constituency called Baba Koniba in President Nana Akufo-Addo's last government has fumes and jabbed that, people supporting Anti LGBTQ bill are double standard people and causes massive stir today.
According to him, he doesn't understand why civil society and some Politicians in the country are not ready to look into the bill brought to parliament before they may take their position on the matter as the issue keeps trending in the country.
Baba Koniba said that those supporting the Anti LGBTQ bill are acting as if the bill will help save Ghana from the wrath of God. He stressed that these same people who are saying that the bill should be passed are always eager to travel to countries that legalized same sex which is bothering him.
"Samuel Mensah isn't it interesting how the civil society and some politician believe it’s the anti-LGBTQ bill that’ll save Ghana from the wrath of God, Meanwhile, these same group of people are always eager to travel to countries that have legalized such activities. Double standard or a Genuine fight. #ASU" Baba Koniba said on his social media wall today, Wednesday, 13th October, 2021.
People who reacted to his post are saying that they don't want any homosexuality things in the country and they won't wait to look into the bill before they speak up their mind on the issue bothering them.
