The vice President,Dr. Mahamud Bawumia has said that beginning of next year will see the country implement a credit system in the country where Ghanaians will be able to access credit facilities to aid purchase of any property of their choice.He stated that all what will be required is the Ghanaian National identity card.
He added that one could get a car loan,mortgage for building, land for lease and so on.
He continued by saying the country needs the credit system badly because it is not common here in Ghana.It will ease the pressure of buying a car,securing a piece of land for building and also buying a house without any collateral or guarantor.
He was speaking with a section of Ghanaians at one of his campaign tours.
He stressed that the NPP government has rolled a number of policies such as free SHS,1D1F,1V1D free health care,1 million per every constituency and lots more.
Finally he hinted that the credit system will commence early next year if voted into power to continue their 4 year additional mandate.
In my candid opinion,this credit facility will help a lot of Ghanaians to acquire properties that would have taken so many years to have acquired given the current financial status.
It is surely a great breakthrough come next year for every Ghanaian.
