Sad News: Ghanaians Reacts After A-Plus Weep About Galamsey Fight

Political activist, kwame Obeng Asare known as A-Plus has broken down after disclosing that Hon Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Hon Samuel A. Jinapor, embarked on aerial (helicopter) tour over the Pra River Basin, which covers the Central, Western, Eastern, and Ashanti Regions and expressed his emotions with emojis that what the minister witnessed as his first hand information is very scary and sad for Ghana.

A-Plus after weeping and saying this, he showed pictures as evidence of how Hon Samuel Abu Jinapor's tour shocked him.

A-Plus who is known for going hard on NPP government has supported the fight against Galamsey initiated by President, Nana Akufo-Addo and Ghanaians have reacted massively to his post today, Wednesday, 19th May, 2021 by siding with him on how illegal miners have destroyed the water bodies and depleted the land without proper supervision from governments.

Someone commented that: One of the parterns looks like a Baby feeding an old Lady crowing. Hmm. If Ghana needs anything, then it must be a blessing and not a curse!

One of the reasons why everybody is dreaming to go to America and establish their lives there is because their forefathers were generational thinkers, and not self-centered and personal interest things but they thought of tomorrow and that is what the Sons and Daughters of America is still enjoying today. If Leaders in this country called Ghana will start strategizing their ways of administrating this economy and stop self enrichment, personal interest and self-centered things, then Ghana will be position on the mountain top than what we are seeing today. I beg I'm just a learner from Oti Region. APESOKUBI. Maladjusted 🙌.

Someone said: Why did they have to wait for it to get to this level before trying to stop it.

Amassing wealth for their kids at the detriment of the health of others and these kids will never know the taste of water filled with mercury. God have mercy on our younger generation.

Another person said: Even the president put his presidency on the line on this matter.

The minister can fly over the whole Ghana, election year they will see galamsey and keep quiet.

After election another minister will fly again to assess damage due to galamsey. We like jokes too much.

Another Ghanaian said: The president can end the galamsey in a week even without burning any excavator if only he truely wants to end it, let's not pretend to be fighting something we ourselves are deeply involved in.

I see all the burning as a way to get public sympathy and it's just some form of gimmicks played on the minds of the general public to make it seem they are really against galamsey.

Let's be serious for once in this country and call a spade a spade and not a shovel even though they look similar. The president can order all persons to sleep at 6 and it will be done. And you want me to believe he can't just order the stop of galamsey without burning excavators? Let's think through the whole thing again.

Another added his view by saying: This same River runs through 3 different Regions which serves them as the major source of water. We have done well, herrrr! Chale people deserves slaps and guns paaa oo, herrr! So the Kate Gyamfuaa or whatsoever, she's still at post and breathing fresh air? Their sons will grow up to meet unexplained wealth and call others lazy. You drink from such River irrespective of chemicals they use to filter the water, your lifespan can never be the same. Shameful!

See how Ghanaians reacted massively to his post.
