Afia Pokuah and Bridget Otoo comment about Hon. Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu's articulation of the budget

People use accent to determine where a person’s come from. In fact, some tribes have been stereotyped for long because of their ‘weird' way of pronouncing certain words or letters.

But the most important thing in communication is how clearly you speak to your audience for them to understand the content of the message.

Today, the majority leader in Parliament and Member of Parliament for Suame constituency, Honourable Osei Kyei-Mensah Bonsu, has wowed many Ghanaians regarding the 2021 budget statement at Parliament house.

The Minister for Parliamentary Affairs has boldly and eloquently articulated the budget statement with an impeccable delivery and well spiced tonation.

This has made many media personalities like Afia Pokuah and Bridget Otoo to heap praises on him on Facebook.

According to Bridget Otoo, Hon Osei Kyei-Mensah Bonsu has done well in delivery irrespective of the contentious content.

She wrote that

“Your impression on Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu’s delivery. Just delivery I’m not talking about content or whether he’s giving us false and misleading figures. Just his oratory skills.

I think he’s done a good job.”

Also Afia Pokuah endorses the assertion of Bridget Otoo by stating in her Facebook post that

“Who says kumasi people can't speak English. Listen to Hon Kyei Mensah Bonsu, kweee! brofo be what”

The Minister was designated to read the budget statement because of the absence of the Finance Minister.
