Today, Sam George made some strange revelations about the majority leader's stance on the anti-LGBTQ bill presented to Parliament According to Sam George, the member of Parliament for the Suame Constituency who doubles as the Majority Leader and Minister of Parliamentary affairs, Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu, was exhibiting some traits which showed that he was not willing to co operate so that the bill translates into a law.
Sam George disclosed that the press conference held by Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu was done to directly attack the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin and nothing else. He added that Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu had not even read the bill based on an interview he had on Joy News. Sam George revealed that Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu was planning on reading the bill after he returns from his travel.
Sam George noted that since Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu had not read the bill, then why did he say that the bill had some financial breaches.
