My main aim is to get the NPP out of government and have them prosecuted, top Journalist declares

For the media to be effective in discharging its watchdog role in constructively criticizing the government to put it on its toes and to disseminate information from the government to the citizens and vice versa, it should as much as possible, be seen to be neutral. But as a human institution, as the media is, it is natural to see journalists lean more towards a particular political party in a particular country. A country applauded for its respect for press freedom and freedom of speech and expression, Journalists in Ghana can express their opinions about happenings in the ruling government without any fear and favor.

Kelvin Taylor is one of the few freelance Journalists who use social media as an avenue to as it were, seek to point shortcomings in the country. Per his modus operandi, it is safe to say Kelvin Taylor is aligned to the opposition National Democratic Congress. On his Loud Silence TV Show yesterday September 24, Kelvin boldly declared that his platform is not neutral. Jabbing Captain Smart for saying there is the NDC's green book stated as completed but don't exist, the Loud Silence CEO said the Onua TV Journalist can not be trusted and chastised Smart for claiming he is neutral.

He claimed his show is not neutral, it is an anti-corruption platform and the main focus of his show is to get the New Patriotic Party out of power and bring back John Dramani Mahama whom he said he worked to remove from power to go and learn his lessons.

"This is not a neutral platform, this platform is an anti-corruption platform. My job here is to make sure Akuffo who is a criminal and this NPP government get out powerful because my job then was to make sure the mistakes John Dramani was making, he left power to go and think through his mistakes and if we want to give him an opportunity we give him", he said.
