The controversial Politician, Kwame A-Plus has stated that Ghanaians have heard a lot of sweet statements from educational ministers who has led the ministry before, and had promised to cater for teachers well but it turned out to be like "Asempa FM"( all talk all day) as it has been announced that, the new minister for education, Hon Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum to launch the 90th anniversary of NAT tomorrow.
A-Plus who has been known for criticising a lot of things in the country and even going hard on his party members has sent a plain message to the new education minister that, Ghanaians or teachers has heard a lot of sweet statements from educational ministers who had promised to take care of teachers, who are going through a lot in the country but they end up failing them.
According to A-Plus, he support the idea of the new minister and he trust him too and then believe that he can do it but his statements is just a reminder to keep him to work towards his plan for the teachers.
The newly education minister, Hon Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum believes that teachers should be well catered for in access to education, their welfare, accommodation, salary and recognition which A-Plus thought it's a good thing but teachers has heard those sweet words some years ago.
"On Tuesday, at 10 am, the minister for education, Dr Yaw Adutwum will launch the 90th anniversary of NAT. Teachers he says are at the centre of his priorities.
He believes teachers should be well catered for; in access to education, their welfare, accommodation, salary and recognition.
Me: Thank you, Hon. Min. We have heard a lot of such statements which turned out to be "Asempa FM" (All talk all day). I trust you. Please don't just say it. Do it!!! Teachers go through just too much in Ghana" he said on his facebook wall today.
