The Member of Parliament Anyaa-Sowutuom, Dr. Dickson Adomako Kissi said that, the Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia is the best Veep Ghana has ever had, due to his competence. He made this statement (on Pan Africa TV) in showing his happiness for the successful securing USD 3 billion Eurobond.
According to him, it is due to the able leadership and the competence of the vice president as the head of the Economic Management Team, that brought this success to Ghana. He said this achievement is touted by everyone in the world because, many countries could not penetrate the capital market since the outbreak of covid-19 but Ghana successfully did.
In addition, the Veep deserves a big praise in supervising such a huge success for Ghana. This shows that he is the man for the job and willing to serve the country passionately. His achievements in the economy is unmatched and he is the pillar of the economy of the country.
He hoped that, the Vice President will continue the good job, to bring change in the lives of the citizens. He is the man for the job and needs to focus on his vision to make Ghana a better place of investment. Even though covid-19 destroyed many things, he is capable of fixing it to the best.
Yesterday, Ghana had a good news to be the first country in the West Africa to have secure USD 3 billion from the capital market. It emerged from an oversubscription of USD 6 billion during the covid-19 challenges. This is expected to support the budget deficit of the country.
Many experts are of the view that, it is a good move in the right direction, which will enable growth of the economy, as the first in the Sub-Saharan Africa. It will sponsor growth minded expenditures and strict management of liability. All this will be effectively done in both internally and externally, in the management of the economy.
Every Ghanaian is hoping that, the economy will change for their lives to be better. Everyone is complaining about hardship in the country except the government of the day. The better Ghana agenda preached long ago, was yet to be experienced in the lives of the people.
