Since the New Patriotic Party wait to see who takes over from the President of Ghana Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo in 2024, some of these online polls will continue to be conducted to see who is the people's favorite.
Democracy cannot succeed unless those who express their choice are prepared to choose wisely. The real safeguard of democracy, therefore, is education.
Sometimes it takes a while to recognize that someone has a special ability to get us to believe in ourselves, to tie that belief to our highest ideals, and to imagine that together we can do great things.
In those rare moments, when such a person comes along, we need to put aside our plans and reach for what we know is possible.
An online poll on Facebook conducted by some die hard supporters of the New Patriotic Party has break silence within the party after the people had made their choice of who to lead the party in 2024.
However, the two personalities who were in this online contest has over the past years demonstrated their love for the New Patriotic Party. They have also contributed to the development of this country (Ghana) as they held high offices after their party won election in 2016 and that of 2020.
The poll was between the Vice President of Ghana Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and that of Mr John Allan Kojo Kyeremateng popularly known as Alan Cash.
Most people in the New Patriotic Party are with the view that, the party won the 2016 election as a results of hard work that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia did during their campaign and so he cannot be rejected.
This is because Dr. Bawumia made people to understand how better this country would be governed under their leadership as government of Ghana and it clearly shows today.
Others are also think that Mr. Allan Kyeremateng has been in the race for so many years and this is the right time that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) honours him for his hard work and patience with the party.
