Kwaku Annan Goes Hard At Kennedy Agyapong

Dishonest <a class=Kennedy Agyapong Halted Exposé On Churches Or Political Reasons - Kwaku Annan Booms - Ghanafeed.Com"/>

Kennedy Agyapong, the Member of Parliament for Assin Central, has been challenged by Justice Kwaku Annan, a former host of "The Seat Show" on Net2 TV.

He is especially concerned about the MP's choice to exempt several churches from a probe he had ordered.

According to Annan, Kennedy Agyapong is defending some churches while continually discrediting his staff who worked on the project.

“The young men who work for you at Net2, you took them to the cleaners at Agyin-Asare’s church, meanwhile, you were part of the expose. I will ask again, who is this man of integrity so-called? Who is he, is he the man of integrity, which is which?

He recounted how his CEO (the MP's wife) called him to a meeting and warned him against criticizing the government or accusing him of insulting Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

“There and there, I saw that there is something more than what she is saying, but I played along. Then, I walked out. Kwaku, who am I? I took you as a father, a big brother; so you could have called me for us to thrash issues out… but you failed to do that,” he lamented.

He claimed that the CEO and her husband continued to work against him covertly. He asked three questions, which he claimed begged for solutions.

“Was Kennedy Agyapong honest about that job or he wanted us to pick and choose who to hound? Which one? Part of it was political, that there was going to be elections and the management stood in the way and cancelled almost all the other investigations.

Why I stopped airing "The Seat Show" - Ken Agyapong

A few weeks ago, Net 2 TV's owner and potential flagbearer for the New Patriotic Party explained why he decided to axe the station's signature show, "The Seat."

Kennedy Agyapong, speaking to party supporters in Kumasi, claimed that the host, Kwaku Annan, had assaulted Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia when he made the decision to cancel the show.

Kennedy Agyapong claimed that despite the fact that incident didn't take place on his television station, he still considered it disgusting that one of his employees would attack a reliable person.

He claimed that the incident violated his concept that there should be no personal attacks during the contest for the party's flagbearership.

In order to maintain their hopes of "breaking the 8," the Member of Parliament for Assin Central emphasized the importance of maintaining peace and unity within the party.

We had a program that aired on Mondays and Wednesdays, as any of you who watch Net2 would be aware. Because the man insulted Dr. Bawumia, I decided to pull it off the broadcast. He performed it on YouTube rather than the platform.

"When Nana Amankwa called to warn me to be careful, I was in Kumasi, so I watched the video. I warned him that's not how I work after I realized what he had done, and I scrapped the software. I won't because I want harmony and serenity in the party.

“I was in Kumasi when Nana Amankwa called me to be careful so I saw the video. After realizing what he did, I cautioned him that I don’t work that way and I scrapped the program. I want peace and unity in the party so I won’t allow someone to use my station to insult an aspirant then later I will approach him or her. There are certain things you can’t do when working with me”, he said amid claps and cheers from the crowd.

Kennedy Agyapong has declared his intention to seek for the governing party's flagbearership because he thinks he will be able to support the party in extending its 12-year rule of the nation.

Patriotism, honesty, and discipline will serve as the cornerstones of his campaign (PHD). Kennedy Agyapong thinks that winning the 2024 elections will depend heavily on the PHD.

He will compete for the position with Mahamudu Bawumia and Alan Kyerematen.
