Check out photos of Ghana's youngest female MP and her age at the time she was voted as MP.

Francisca Oteng-Mensah is a member of parliament for the New Patriotic Party's Kwabre East Constituency, and at the time of her election in 2016, she was the fourth republic of Ghana's youngest parliamentarian.

Francisca was born on February 14, 1993, at Aboaso Hospital in Mamponteng, Ashanti Region. Mrs. Joyce Oteng is her mother, and Dr Kwaku Oteng, a doctor and the CEO of the Angel Group of Companies, is her father.

During her elementary and primary school years, Francisca attended three separate schools. She began her education at Mamponteng Roman Catholic School, then moved on to Breman's Revival Preparatory School, and finally to Supreme Saviour International, where she finished Primary Six. Angel Educational was where she finished her Junior High education.

It's complicated. She then continued her senior high education at St. Roses Senior High School.

Her insatiable desire for more academic accolades compelled her to enroll at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) Faculty of Law, where she studied law.

Francisca was a second-year law student at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 2016 when she ran for office.

She worked as a secretary at the Angel Group of Companies in Kumasi before becoming a member of parliament. She was appointed chairperson of the National Youth Authority in December 2017. Francisca is a devout Christian who attends the Assemblies of God Church.

Below are some lovely photos of her.

Hon. Francisca Oteng-Mensah was 23 years of age when she was voted as a member of Parliament.
