Ghana, officially the Republic of Ghana is a country located along the Gulf of Guinea and the Atlantic Ocean.

According to the Global Peace Index (GPI), Ghana is the most peaceful nation in Africa and 40th in the world. Ghana is also the birthplace of Kofi Annan a Ghanaian envoy who went on to win the noble peace prize in 2001 for his work towards creating a more peaceful world.
