Nana Appiah Mensah popularly known as NAM1 is a Ghanaian businessman known for the Menzgold, gold dealership and investment firm that promised customers a 10 percent monthly returns on their investments.
He was trending yesterday alongside Akuapem Poloo. This was because Bridget Otoo and celebrity friends of Poloo took their displeasure to the various social media pages and wrote that, the government should go after NAM1 who is a criminal and free Akuapem Poloo.
NAM1 has debunked the claims of these celebrities that, he is a free man after duping Ghanaians and going away with their money because he has connections with the leaders. He posted on his Twitter page that, “ Stop misleading the public. Even on a public land, I was acquitted and discharged, a decision that was affirmed by the Appeals Court and the Supreme Court. For your information, my grandmother wasn’t the presiding judge. Back home I pleaded not guilty and I’m having my day in Court”.
Despite his justification, he was still bashed by some Ghanaians who’s money is with him, they commented under his post that, he should pay them.
