The Member of Parliament for Tamale North Constituency, Hon. Alhassan Sayibu Suhiyini has revealed deep secrets why the majority in Parliament are unable to pass the E-levy and will struggle to pass.
While speaking on Metro TV's Good Morning Ghana today, February, 15, 2022, the Member of Parliament revealed that, the majority's inability to pass the E-levy cannot only be attributed to the honorable Adwoa Sarfo's absence from the House but then some members of the majority almost always are unable to come to Parliament.
"They are just using Adwoa Sarfo as a scapegoat. Many at times, 3 or 4 members of theirs are always absent. I know for a fact that they can't mobilize all their 138 members of parliament to the House at any point in time to pass the E-levy. If they think they can, then they should do that, we will be waiting for them." Hon. Alhassan told the majority.
The NPP and some members of the Majority have been blaming Hon. Adwoa Sarfo that she's the reason they can't pass the E-levy because she's always absent from Parliament.
Are you also surprised by the majority's inability to mobilize all their members of Parliament to pass the E-levy?
