The founder of Angel group of companies, Dr. Kwaku Oteng Mensah has celebrated his birthday with people with prisoners and orphans in Ashanti region. The Ghanaian billionaire is fond of given to the needy and the less privileged during his birthday. According to him, he gives thanks to God for adding another one year to his age. He donated some blood machine, sugar, drugs and fifty bags of rice to Kumasi Central prisons and 20 packets of roofing sheet and an undiclosed amount of money after dining with the Children.
He added that, the people at the prison and children home need our assistance, hence his decision to assit them.The Deputy Director of Prison, Mr Kwesi Asamoah who received the items also gave thanks to God and Dr. Kwaku Oteng Mensah for the blood testing machine donated to them with some drugs and 50 bags of rice. He continued that the items have come at the right time, because they are in need as they will then have the opportunity use to test some prisoners.
According to him, the government gives only 1.80pw for the prisoners, so they are appealing to another organization, church and institution to assist them.
