This followed the church's determination to organize a day's fraternal service to worship with the Area's Ahmadiyya Muslims Mission within the Islamic religion of Ghana.
The program which is the initiative of the Seventh Day Adventist Church of the Ghana Conference has the theme; Adventist and Muslims Relationship, and it took off within the church premises over the weekend.
Commenting about the importance attached to the program, the District Head Pastor of the Seventh Day Adventist Church of New Edubiase, Pastor S.K.Yeboah emphasized on how necessary is it to have mutual relationship with the Muslims.
The man of God indicated that though both religious bodies have different believes, yet such believes have a common goal which end up to heaven focus.
Pastor Yeboah observed that gone are the days where people wrongfully hide under religious believes and create disunity among the society, but now that such primitive motion is no more it is prudent for believers of Allah to spread the word of God to promote unity to ensure peaceful coexistence in the society.
To make the occasion a unique one, members of the Seventh Day Adventist Church were tasked to dress in Muslims uniforms while the Muslims were also given christian books to signify the two religious groups about their resolve to strengthen ties that exists between them.
In his brief observation Sheikh Ishak Agyiri lauded the New Edubiase Seventh Day Adventist Church for organizing the program which he observed was organized it at the right time for the members of the both religious bodies to stay focused and learn lessons from it.
Sheikh Ishak Agyiri recounted how the church paid a surprise visit to the Mission and fraternize themselves with the Muslims during the recent Muslims Salah in the country.
Sheikh assured the church of his outfit's cooperation at all times to ensure building an uninterrupted relationship between the two religious bodies.
