Bishop Agyinasare has become a household name in the country and is well respected member of the clergy, known for the healing power of God witnessed in his ministry and events. A small church he had initially plated i the northern part of Ghana and transferred to Accra over three decades ago, has now become one of the most thriving churches in the country and even boasts of having the nation's officially highest seating capacity auditorium known as the Perez Dome.
Together with his own family, they are surely soaring on the wings of prosperity, as his children also excels in their field f endeavours also. Hence, aside the Perez Chapel International excelling and among the top five (5) churches in Ghana, he also has his biological children excelling in life, giving credence to the fact that, it is a good thing indeed to serve the lord indeed.
Bishop Agyinasare happily married to Reverend Mrs. Vivian Sena Agyinasare have two (2) sons, Pastor Dr. Selaise Agyinasare and Pastor Francis (both serving as his direct assistants in the headquartered church as the resident pastor of Perez Dome and Resident Pastor of the Perez Dome's French Church respectively )and a daughter Lawyer Charlene Agyinasare.

His daughter Charlene Agyinasare but now, Mrs. Ampah, graduated from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom (UK) with a law degree and passed professional law courses in both Ghana and the UK and has since been called to the bar both in Ghana and the UK, since October 2017.
Charlene Agyinasare studied for International Baccalaureate at the renowned Tema International School (TIS) and then moved to the UK, where she was a student at the University of Hull (where she was the course representative and earned also, her LLB.). While at University of Hull, she served on the students legal system by offering Pro Bono services in Hessle High UK.
She then proceeded to the University of Law, where she also graduated with a Masters Degree in Business and Management Law and undertook the UK Legal Practice Law, which aided her to be called to the UK Bar eventually. She again attended the University of Southampton, and has a second Master's Degree in Law (LLM)
After Mrs. Ampah had worked for just a year in the UK at the Axis Legal, a medium sized law chamber based in Coppull, England with specialties in Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Property, Property Audit Services, and Compliance Services, she quickly packed her bag and moved to Ghana finally in 2018, as thanks to the fathers well connected associates, a work had been secured for her already at the Ghana National Gas Company, to serve as a legal officer. However, by dent of the grace of God, her qualification and sheer diligence, she has risen through the ranks to become a Senior Legal Officer currently at the national gas firm.
Bishop Agyinasare officiated her wedding to Pastor Ampah, also with the fathers ministry and on 28th August 2019, they were officially Mr and Mrs. Ampah. Their glamorous wedding at the Perez Dome, had gone viral and it was indeed the talk of town, graced by some of the top people in our country.
Her husband, Pastor. Elvis Ampah, is a junior pastor in the Perez Chapel International, who served alongside Charlene's big brother, Pastor Selassie Agyinasare, who is then the lead pastor for the youth church called Timothy Generation Church, (based at the Perez Church), before his elevation as the resident pastor for the main church at Perez Dome. Lawyer Charlene Agyinasare Ampah may well be next in line to be ordained as well, as a minister of the gospel and we can only keep our fingers crossed now, as she combines work with maybe the pregnancy or most recent delivery of her first born.
