The office of the supreme leader of Tijaniiya Ghana who doubles as the President of Tijaniya Muslim Council of Ghana (TMCG) Sheikh Abdul-Faidi Abbdulai Ahmed Maikano organised Qur’an recitation in honour of his Royal Majesty King Hassan Il.

The chairman of the occasion sheikh Ahmed Tijani bin Umar praised the king for his good deeds, especially creating an enabling environment for (ziyara) visitation to the shrine of sheikh Tijani Ashareef in Fes among other interesting places.
He reiterated the fact that it’s incumbent on Muslims in exception the followers of Tijaniya to show appreciation and profound gratitude to King Hassan ll.
The Noble Qur’an was recited in its totality to ask Allah for continued blessings for the late king . In addition the prayed for health, strength, guidance and protection for his Royal Majesty King Muhammed IV.
The deputy ambassador of Morocco to Ghana his excellency Mr Abdul Rahman expressed his gratitude to the organisers and participants of the programme.
