Prayer Time: Oh Lord I Ask For Grace to Finish Whatever I Have Started.

Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. (Philippians 1:6)

If you have started anything then you need grace to finish it. There is nothing you cannot accomplish if God supplies you with everything you need to complete whatever you have begun.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. (Philippians 4:13)

We see grace at work in the life of Noah when God provided him with all the resources he required to build God an ark in preparation for the floods of judgement (Genesis 6:19). Abraham left his father’s house and journeyed to the Promised Land depending solely on Gods ability to get him to there (Genesis 12). Another example is Paul, the Apostle, who relied on God power and strength to preach the gospel to many gentile communities bringing salvation to many people in the world. When God puts any good work on your heart to begin, he is faithful to supply all the grace you need to finish it.

Let’s take a short break and ask for grace. When we pray according to his will he hears us. (1 John 5:14).

•Heavenly Father thank you for paving the way for me to draw near to you by the blood of your Son Jesus Christ. I come now before your presence and I ask for grace for completion. I declare that I shall not go only halfway and stop on the way. I will finish that task, assignment or project in the name of Jesus. Amen

God bless you
