Bishop Daniel Obinim, preferably referred to as Angel Obinim, head pastor and founder of the international God’s way church, lost his father earlier on and has finally laid him to rest. The founder who has numerous branches of his church scattered across the country has come under massive criticism from some Ghanaians even in his state of mourning.
It is not an easy state to be in, once you lose someone close to you, especially a loved one and although Angel Obinim is one of the most controversial public personalities in the country and has been involved in countless squabbles most of which sometimes involve police intervention and Ghanaian criticism, many sympathise with his present grief.Although many sympathize with him and have sent him their condolences, he has not been spared his share of “celebrity backlash”.Many say since he claims to be an angel and deals with the supernatural he should have been able to resurrect his father from death. He is known to perform miracles way beyond human imagination and thus, has been called out to dry his tears and save himself from grief by bringing his father back to life.
