One of the key things we can speak about leadership, as those who have the mandate to to rule, guide and assist other people in various activities. A true leader is a person who is eligible to make decisions that will favour his or her subordinate and not necessarily being selfish.
Upon deliberating on the definition of leaders, the leader, founder, General Overseer for the Lords Parliament Chapel International, Apostle Francis Amoako Atta drops a deep definition of leadership for Ghanaians. This definition was spotted on his official facebook page. According to Prophet Amoako Atta, his first definition of leadership is finding something to die for and not live. Considering this definition, a lot of issues came in mind.
The man of God added another definition which somehow related to the previous one. Prophet Amoako Atta made it clear that, a true leadership is when you discover the problems in life you were born to solve. Finally, true leadership is the personal commitment to sacrifice to a public cause.
