Meet 5 people that the Bible considered villains

The Bible talks about many people been villain. Here are 5 of them.

1. Herod - "The Great"

Few figures in history have had such a controversial reputation as king Herod I of Judea.

In the Christian tradition, Herod is the villain in the Christmas story.

The Gospel according to Matthew recounts how the king orders the death of all baby boys following the birth of Jesus Christ event called the Massacre of the Innocents, calling this king great hardly seems filling, given that atrocity.

2. Jephthah is the only worrior who slept with his daughter the " the little princess"

Jephthah, in spite of all he will always be remembered as a foolish and cruel father who sacrificed his daughter due to unnecessary vow (Judea 12:1-6)

3. Jezebel.

There are many Abimelech in the Bible, but probably the most well-known Abimelech in the Bible is the headstrong and murderous son of Gideon in the book of Jude's

5. Jehoram of Judah

Jehoram of Judah was the fifth king of Judah, and the son of King Jehoshaphat.

Jehoram took the throne at the of 32 and reigned for 8 years (2 King 8: 17, 2 Chronicles 21:20)

During his reign, king Jehoram committed atrocities to his own undoing.

He killed all his brothers - sons of his father, king Jehoshaphat.
