Prophet Kumchacha in an interview with Fiifi Pratt on Kingdom Plus FM explained.
Speaking on the E-Levy tax, Kumchacha stated that it is advisable for every Ghanaian to pay tax.
He said Jesus Christ paid tax in the book of Mathew chapter 17, 24, 25 and 26.
Explaining the difference between tax and tithes. He said tithes are paid in church and there's a tax which Jesus Christ at a point paid.
Kumchacha after narrating the story where Jesus Christ was asked to pay tax said the Messiah even paid tax when he came into the world so there's nothing wrong if one pays tax.
"Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and unto God the things that are God's," He quoted Jesus Christ saying on tax.
