Who is Jesus? Is He only the Son of God or God Himself or a Prophet as some say?

One will need the Christian bible as you go through this article. Everything that is going to be said in this article can be referred from the Bible or even the Noble Quran.

The birth of Jesus Christ in the Old Testament foretold:

Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel (Isaiah 7;14)

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6).

The birth of Jesus Christ fulfilled in the New Testament:

Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us (

Matthew 1:23).

Jesus - Word of God becomes flesh:

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (John 1;1; v 14)

God calls us gods:

God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods. (Psalm 82;1)

Jesus quotes from the Old Testament that we are gods;

Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? (John 10:34)

Jesus tells His disciples about His Father;

Little did the disciples of Jesus Christ knew that the Father of Jesus Christ was the Inner man or spirit dwelling in Jesus himself - Is deep uh! (Read John Chapter 14)

Why we need to humble ourselves as Jesus did?

And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. (Philippians 2:8)

Why God become one of us or man - that's Jesus?

Hebrews 2:14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

I believe you now know who Jesus Christ is? Let me end with this;

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. (1 Timothy 3:16)
