This week Sekondi/Takoradi was blessed with the Maiden Women's Fellowship Conference from God is Our Light Church International. National Women's Fellowship Maiden Conference programme which was held in Takoradi the Oil City.
The programme started from Thursday August 19th and ended on Saturday 21st August 2021. The three days programme was Graced by Anointed Women God from Sekondi/Takoradi and beyond.
The first day was a talk and the topic was What is Unity and was delivered by Rev Betty Adu - Mensah. The first day was awesome because it was the Maiden Women's Conference from God is Our Light International Churches Ghana and the women were so happy to see their fellow women in Christ in the same church.
Day two of God is our Light Church International Women's Maiden Conference was done in two sections, the morning and the evening. The morning was a talk and the first talk was delivered by Rev Ama Forson and the topic was The Need for Unity and the second talk was by Rev Elizabeth Amaniapong and her topic was Things that Fight Against Unity. The day two evening programme was a forum and was lead by Sis. Hannah Swanzy Essien
The last and the final day was Saturday morning and the conference room was full and all the women were in there women's fellowship cloth and the program was so colourful and awesome. The talk was delivered by Rev Mary Crenstil and her topic was What United Body Can Achieve. There was an induction ceremony and now the new President for God is Our Light Women's Fellowship National is Alberta Kwofie, Vice President is Mrs. Hannah S. Essien and the Secretary is Mrs. Vida Cobbinah..
Speaking to the outgoing President Auntie Berty she said the maiden conference has been a blessing to all the women who came from all the branches of God is Our Light International Churches hoping that this conference will continue nest year.
