Kofi Aseidu is a 23 years old man from Effiduase was working with a sachet water company at where he is staying. The young man said he was part of those who distribute the sachet water to their customers. In July 2020, he went to work as he usually does but after he closed from work in the evening, he started feeling pains and burning sensations in his legs.
Kofi said he went through pains the whole night but still he went to work the following day. Due to the pains, he was going through, he was not able to work for a long period so he closed from work and came back home. His parents sent him to the hospital for treatment but still, he became paralysed he has been going through pains and can't also sleep at night.
He was sent to different pastors and fetish priests for help but all of them told him that he got the illness from his workplace. The young man revealed that his nephew too got paralysed after a short illness but she has recovered from the illness and can now walk. A few months later, his sister too fell sick and she too got paralysed.
She has has been sent to hospital for treatment and also seek herbal treatment but she has not been able to walk again. What baffles him is that he too mysteriously got paralysed after he closed from work. Kofi said he is the one who has been working to support both his parents and other siblings. The whole family is going through hardship because he can't go to work again and support them financially.
